This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. By using our Site or services, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
Contact form submissions — when you submit a form on our Site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any information you include in your message or inquiry (such as event type, group size, or preferred dates).

When you visit our Site, certain information may be collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring website. This may be collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information:
We do not store full payment card details on our own systems. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers through our booking and enrollment system.
3. How We Use Your Information

5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
Service providers — with third parties who perform services for us, including: Birdie Grow (booking and membership management), our payment processor, our form-handling provider (Web3Forms, which delivers contact form submissions to us), and our website hosting and analytics providers. These providers may access personal information only to perform services on our behalf.
Inquiry coordination — information you submit about a party, event, or group inquiry may be shared with the people helping us respond.
Legal requirements — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sim Village, our customers, or others.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business or assets. Each third-party provider handles your information under its own privacy policy; we encourage you to review those policies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact form submissions and booking/membership records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
